Delete it in the app
This is the fastest way, and it happens straight away.

Open Cal LabPro
Open the app and sign in.

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.

Delete account
Tap Delete account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Have Premium? Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; see Support for the steps.
Can't open the app?
Email privacy@callabpro.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address you signed up with. We'll delete your account within 7 days and email you when it's done.
What happens to your data
Permanently deleted
- Your account, name and email address
- Your body details, goals and settings
- Your food diary and weight history
- Your meal reminders
- Your profile photo
- Your invite code and invite records
- Your subscription record with RevenueCat
May be kept for a while
- Copies in our providers' encrypted backups, overwritten within 30 days
- Apple and Google's own records of your purchases, under their privacy policies
- Data you saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone; you can remove it in those apps
Delete only some data
You can delete diary entries, reminders and your profile photo yourself in the app at any time, or email us and ask.
